Breezycheek is very fragile to PA critters due to its weak health and weak PD.However,this does not prevent it to reach its maximum awesomeness with Dizzying Winds and Toxic Puffs!At low level,focus on Swell to deal bonus damage with Dizzying Winds.The most dangerous part is it confuse the enemy and saving your life if you're lucky.At level 30,focus on High Focus,Unbreakable,Toxic Puff and Dizzying Winds(Again).Why Dizzying Winds?Because if you up your accuracy high enough your opponent is in a very big trouble with the confusion.
